A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP 

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 11 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) malls.

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of FPS malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, a verified mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

C. REDEMPTION

  • Applicable to in-store purchases and electronic transactions at participating Frasers Property Singapore malls only.
  • FRx Gift Card will be credited to member's FRx e-wallet at Customer Service when the qualifying spend is met.

  • Minimum spend of $20 in a maximum of 3 same-day transactions to qualify for redemption.
  • Promotion is valid on weekdays (Monday to Friday),2pm-5pm only.
  • Present your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 3 to redeem.
  • Limited to the first 300 redemptions only.
  • Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
  • Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day, in person, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
  • Applicable to in-store purchases and electronic transactions at participating Frasers Property Singapore malls only.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code in the FRx app when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice, FRx members must present same-day, same-mall transactions along with their FRx QR code at Customer Service, Level 3 to earn FRx Points.

5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

6. Please check details at Customer Service, Level 3.

7. The Management of Hougang Mall reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

D. OTHERS

1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the Frasers Experience (FRx) Programme apply. For more information, please visit here.

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by The Management of Hougang Mall will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

3. Information is correct at the time of printing. The Management of Hougang Mall reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.

4. The Management of Hougang Mall’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final, and binding on all participants.

5. The Management of Hougang Mall reserve the right, at their reasonable direction, to vary, add to or delete the promotion terms and/or terminate the promotion at any time.
