Tsukimi Hamburg and Gokoku Japanese Bakery stack their skills for the ultimate burger that’s a match-made in heaven! For a limited time only, Tsukimi Hamburg’s signature hamburg steaks are now tantalisingly sandwiched with Gokoku’s new five-grain burger buns, crafted to complement it.

 

Each component of the hamburger has been carefully thought out and layered for the ultimate experience.

 

Holding everything together is the Gokoku five-grain burger bun specially created for this collaboration. Its soft and chewy texture leads to heartiness in every bite. 

 

At the center of the hamburger is Tsukimi Hamburg signature serious good hamburg steak - a clever blend of Miyazaki Wagyu beef, pork and US beef. A pork hamburg steak is also available. A slice of Gouda cheese lends its springy texture and taste that does not overpower, but balances out the richness of the meat. Added to the mix is an adequate amount of tangy yuzu mustard sauce and pickled onions; both made in-house by our chef.

 

Topping off each Gokoku Tsukimi Hamburger ($13.90) is a premium Japanese raw egg yolk that adds a creamy texture to the hamburger. Alternatively, try the Gokoku Hamburger ($12.90) that omits the raw egg.
