A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

 

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP 

 

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 12 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) developments.

 

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

 

2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

 

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

 

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

C. REDEMPTION

 

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy:

 

• Minimum spend of $50 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.
• Present transaction slip at Customer Service, Level 3 to redeem play tokens.
• Token is only valid for use at Play United roadshow at Level 4 Event Space, between 25 November to 1 December 2024.
• Tokens are non-exchangeable nor refundable.
• Present your FRx QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem.
• Limited to 1 redemption per FRx member per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
• Any unutilized tokens will not be exchangeable for cash and unredeemed balance will be forfeited upon the expiry of the event.
• Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. 

•  Minimum spend of $30 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.
• Limited to the first 50 redemptions daily, valid on every Wednesday during the event period only.
• Present transaction slip at Customer Service, Level 3 to redeem.
• Present your FRx QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem.
• Limited to 1 redemption per FRx member per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
• The stored value in each FRx Gift Card expires 1 year from the date of issue.

• Limited to the first 40 FRx members.
• Minimum spend of $30 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.   
• Present transaction slip at Customer Service, Level 3 to redeem.
• Present your FRx QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem.
• Limited to 1 redemption per FRx member per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
• The stored value in each FRx Gift Card expires 1 year from the date of issue. 

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.

 

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

 

4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at Customer Service, Level 3 to earn FRx Points.

 

5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

 

6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls.

 

7. The Management of the respective malls reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

 

D. OTHERS 

 

1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply. For more information, please visit www.FrasersExperience.com.

 

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

 

3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of the participating Frasers Property Singapore malls reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
