There are 4 different ways to play the "A Dragon's Reunion" game. Each player is entitled to 4 unique game plays per day. Each game play is limited to once a day.

2. How much in FRx Gift Cards can I buy for myself, or gift to a recipient?
You can gift any desired amount, with a minimum of $10 to a maximum of $999. However, to qualify for the "A Dragon's Reunion" game, a minimum of $28 in a single transaction is required.
3. Can I send more than one FRx Gift Card in a day?
You can gift as many FRx Gift Cards as you desire in a day. However only the first transaction of the day, of minimum $28, for yourself or to a recipient will qualify for the “A Dragon’s Reunion” game.
4. How will the recipient receive the FRx Gift Card if I gift via SMS?
The recipient will receive a SMS with instructions on how to load the Gift Card to their FRx e-wallet.
A. For recipients who have the FRx app and are logged in as a member:

Tap on the embedded link within the SMS to launch the FRx app.

The activation code will be automatically applied and the personalised greeting will be displayed along with the FRx Gift Card.

Tap ‘Load FRx Gift Card’ to load the gifted amount into the FRx e-wallet. Each activation code can only be loaded once.
B. For recipients who do not have the FRx app and are not FRx members:

The link will direct them to the App Store / Google Play Store to install the FRx app. The recipient would have to sign up as a FRx member.

Thereafter, the recipient should return to the SMS to tap on the link again and follow the steps for members as listed in section 4A.
5. How will the recipient receive the FRx Gift Card if I gift via email?
The recipient will receive an email with a PIN and instructions on how to load the Gift Card to their FRx e-wallet.
Select ‘e-wallet’ , followed by ‘Add Gift Card’ by ‘QR / Barcode’ .
Scan the QR Code and enter the PIN included within the email to load the gifted amount into the FRx e-wallet.
The recipient must have the FRx app downloaded and have an FRx member account to load and use the FRx Gift Card.
6. As a sender, would I know if my intended recipient has received my FRx Gift Card?
Upon completing payment for the FRx Gift Card, you will receive an in-app notification and confirmation screen that the FRx Gift Card has been successfully sent to the recipient. Your intended recipient will receive an SMS or email with instructions on how to load the gift cards.
7. Can I send a FRx Gift Card to a recipient with an overseas mobile number?
No. You may only send the FRx Gift Card to Singapore registered mobile numbers.
8. What do I do if an incorrect recipient’s mobile number was keyed in, or the recipient did not receive the FRx Gift Card?

Yes, you have to be an FRx Member in order to accept the FRx Gift Card. If you are not yet a member, membership is FREE and you may register for a FRx account on the FRx app.

1. Where can I find the daily dragon?
Tap on any of the "A Dragon's Reunion" banners located throughout the app . Select ‘Spot the Dragon’ to view the Dragon of the Day.
The Dragon of the Day and its corresponding QR code will be located at the participating malls. Scan the correct Dragon’s QR code at our malls to win.
2. How many times can I play Spot a Dragon?
You may play up to once per day.
3. I can’ t scan the Spot a Dragon QR Code.
To scan the Dragon’s QR code, launch Spot a Dragon on "A Dragon's Reunion" game on the FRx app. If you’ re using cellular data or Wi-Fi, please ensure you are connected to a stable network. Otherwise, restarting your device could also help.
Play on Social
1. How do I play the game on Social?
Tap on any of the "A Dragon's Reunion" banners located throughout the app. Select Play on Social and submit your answer to play.
Look out for daily clues from 8am on our malls’ and our Facebook and Instagram Pages to help you find your answer.
2. I can’t seem to locate or submit the answers past midnight, why is that?
Gameplay is refreshed at 12mn daily and new clues will be posted on Social pages at 8am daily. Submission of your answers will be available daily from 8am to 11:59pm.
3. I missed one day of Play on Social. Will this impact my game play?
No, this will not impact your game play for that day. You can continue to answer the daily question on Social for a chance to win great prizes.
“The Reunion” Draw
1. I play “A Dragon’ s Reunion” every day. How do I qualify for “The Reunion” Draw?
Participants that successfully collect all 24 pieces of “The Reunion” puzzle will automatically qualify for “The Reunion” draw. Each participant will only receive a max. of 1 draw chance.
2. How do I know if I received a “The Reunion” puzzle piece? Will I receive the same puzzle piece more than once?
While each qualifying game play awards a piece of “The Reunion” puzzle, they are issued out at random. Yes, it is possible to receive the same puzzle piece more than once.
You may refer to the game home screen to check on the number of unique puzzle pieces you have collected.
OTHERS
1. I have won a prize, how do I view what I have won?
Once you have played the game, a sure-win prize will automatically be issued into your FRx e-wallet.
FRx Gift Cards: Gift Card Value will be loaded into the FRx e-wallet for use.
FRx Points: FRx Points will be added into your FRx Points Balance & FRx e-wallet
Retailers eVouchers: If you have won a Retailer eVoucher or physical prize, it will be reflected in your e-wallet under “My Rewards” on your FRx app with details of redemption and validity.
a) For eVoucher utilisation at the retailer’s store:
Head down to the store to redeem your eVoucher before the expiry date. Flash your eVoucher QR code in-store to redeem.
b) For collection at the mall’s Customer Service Counter:
Head down to the mall’s Customer Service Counter to collect your prize before the expiry date. Flash your FRx QR code to redeem.
2. How do I know if I have won any instant prizes?
Please check your notification page. If you have won an instant prize, you’ll receive an in-app notification from us. You may also find them under the ‘My Prizes’ tab in the "A Dragon's Reunion" game.
3. I won a prize, but it did not show up in my e-wallet on the FRx app. What do I do?
Please do allow 5 to 10 mins for your prizes to be reflected. If you still encounter any issues, please write in to

5. Do I need the FRx app to play "A Dragon's Reunion" game?
Yes, you will need to have the latest version of the FRx app to play the game. Please download the latest version of the FRx app on the App Store (for iOS mobile devices) or Google Play Store (for Android mobile devices) and log in.
If you are not yet a member, membership is FREE and you may register on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the malls of Frasers Property Singapore.
6. I can’ t remember my FRx app login password.
To reset your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” button on the home screen of the FRx app. All passwords are case-sensitive.
7. I can’t download the latest FRx app.
If you’re using cellular data or Wi-Fi and have issues with updating the app, try to connect to another Wi-Fi network. Otherwise, restarting your device could also help.

A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 12 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) developments.
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

1. "A Dragon's Reunion" ("Game" ) is organised and promoted by FPS and the Game Period is from 22 January 2024 (08:00am) to 18 February 2024 (23:59pm).
2. Prizes are worth more than $288,000 in total, with instant prizes consisting of FRx Gift Cards, Lucky Draw chances, retailer eVouchers and more.
3. To qualify for the Game: Participants must be a FRx member. Non-members may register for free and accept the full FRx membership terms & conditions. Participants must access the Game via the FRx app with their member account login.
4. The participant can play via any of these 4 methods once each day during the Game Period.

5. Upon completion of the “A Dragon’s Reunion” puzzle, FRx members earn 1 electronic lucky draw chance in "The Reunion” draw within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when a member completes the “The Reunion” puzzle and is limited to 1 chance per FRx member only.
6. There will be (8) Lucky Draw winners in total. The lucky draw will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, Singapore 119958 on 8 March 2024.
8. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.

11. FPS reserves the right to donate unclaimed prizes in “The Reunion” Draw to a charity of its choice or replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time and without notice in its absolute discretion.
12. The "Game Period" runs for twenty-eight (28) days, from 22 January 2024 to 18 February 2024. The official time is Singapore GMT+8.
13. For avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all entries would be subject to FPS’ decision. All decisions relating to the Game is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.
14. FPS reserves the right to verify the validity of all registrations and reserves the right to disqualify any winner:

who is found to have tampered with the Game process;

who is found to have participated in the Game under circumstances that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions;

15. FPS’ s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such disqualified persons are reserved.
16. If any prize is unclaimed or uncollected within the stipulated time frame, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited. FPS will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.
17. FPS assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize or in order to attend a prize collection.
18. FPS reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize becomes unavailable. Cash will not be offered and the prizes are not transferable.
19. In the event of actual or suspected fraud or abuse, such as but not limited to plagiarism, and/or errors affecting the proper operation of this Game, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, FPS reserves the right to (a) end or suspend the Game, (b) amend these terms & conditions, (c) declare void the notification of winner(s) and reselection of winner(s), or any combination of these resolution methods.
20. Data of each participant will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Game. By participating in this Game, participants consent to and grant FPS. the right to use the Game submission (images/videos) for marketing, promotion and/or advertisement purposes, including print, audio-visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for unlimited number of times.
21. FPS decision on the Game results is deemed as final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
22. FPS reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Game subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, each participant shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
