A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP 
 
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow shoppers to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 13 Frasers Property Retail developments.
 
Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Changi City Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point, and White Sands.
 
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx App or through Customer Service at any malls of Frasers Property. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
 
3. From 22 July 2019, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx App or through Customer Service at any mall of Frasers Property.
 
4. To apply, download the FRx App which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying Frasers Experience member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

B. REDEMPTION

  • Sign up as an FRx member, spend a minimum of $30 at participating malls in a single transaction to earn ten (10) electronic lucky draw chances. Applies to a single transaction made at participating malls. Applicable for first-time FRx members only. 
  • Lucky draw chances are tabulated on a transaction basis, e.g., if you spend $40 at a store, you receive one (1) electronic lucky draw chance. If you spend $50 at another store, you receive another one (1) electronic lucky draw chance. For the spending of $90 in 2 transactions, you receive two (2) electronic lucky draw chances.
  • A winner will be drawn across our 12 participating Malls on 19 Nov 2021.
  • The Management and employees of Frasers Property Singapore are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.
  • FRx members earn one (1) electronic lucky draw chance with every $30 spent each day at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when FRx member QR code is scanned.
  • The lucky draw will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, #03-01A, Singapore 119958 on 19 November 2021.
  • The winner will be notified by post, phone or email.
  • The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.   
  • Prize car excludes Certificate of Entitlement, Goods & Service Tax, Road Tax, Registration Fee, Additional Registration Fee (ARF), Insurance, IU Installation, Number Place, Servicing Package and other incidentals.
  • The car must be registered by 18 January 2022
  • Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to donate unclaimed prize to a charity of its choice or replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time and without notice in its absolute discretion.
 
C. LUCKY DRAW
 
1. The management, directors, tenants and their staff of the malls, employees and immediate family members (spouse and children), marketing agencies, and all related partners and vendors of Frasers Property Singapore and Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw. 
 
2. The malls that are participating in this Lucky Draw are Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and White Sands. 
 
3. FRx members earn 1 electronic lucky draw chance with every $30 spent each day at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when the FRx member QR code is scanned at participating stores. 
 
4. Lucky draw chances are tabulated on a transaction basis. For example, if you spend $40 at a store, you receive 1 electronic lucky draw chance. If you spend $50 at another store, you receive another one (1) electronic lucky draw chance. If you spend  $90 in two (2) transactions, you receive two (2) electronic lucky draw chances. New FRx members earn ten (10) electronic lucky draw chances on your first $30 spent at participating malls within the promotion period. If a new FRx member spends $60 in a single transaction, you will receive ten (10) electronic lucky draw chances on the first $30 spent and subsequently one (1) electronic lucky draw chance on the next $30. 
 
5. The electronic lucky draw will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, #03-01A, Singapore 119958 on 19 November 2021.
 
6. The winner will be notified by post, phone or email. 
 
7. The winner must be a Singaporean/permanent resident or work pass holder at least 18 years of age as of 19 November 2021. Tourists or participants on a social visit pass will not be eligible for the draw. 
 
8. The prize (a brand-new Mazda3 1.5L M-Hybrid Classic) must be accepted as awarded.
 
9. The color of the Prize Car shall be determined by Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd at its sole discretion, subject to stock availability.
 
10. Prize car excludes certificate of entitlement (COE), vehicle emissions scheme (VES) surcharge, servicing program, motor vehicle insurance, road tax, IU installation, number plates, goods and services Tax (GST),  registration fee, any additional fittings, fixtures and accessories other than those provided by Trans Eurokars  Pte Ltd in its sole discretion. 
 
11. The Winner shall bear the costs of all excluded items set out in Clause 10 above, failing which the Organiser holds the right to forfeit the said prize. 
 
12. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not exchangeable for cash or in-kind and no negotiation of any sort will be further entertained by the Organiser. 
 
13. The awarded prize car must be claimed in person at Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd together with proof of identity (i.e. winner’s NRIC, valid work permit as officially issued by Ministry of Manpower or valid passport) together with the official Notification Letter issued by Frasers Property Retail Management to the winner to redeem the prize car no later than 3 December 2021. 
 
14. The prize is not assignable by Winner to any other party. 
 
15. The prize car must be registered by 18 January 2022. 
 
16. The Winner shall not hold Frasers Property Retail Management and/or Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd or any of their respective related corporations, or any officer, employee or director of Frasers Retail Management or Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd responsible for any injury, damage, losses, claims or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw including but not limited to forfeiture of the Prize Car or conduct of the Lucky Draw. 
 
17. The Winner shall not be entitled to trade-in or sell the Prize Car for the purchase of another vehicle from Trans  Eurokars Pte Ltd or any of Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd’s related corporations. 
 
18. The Winner shall fulfill all requirements in relation to the registration of the Prize Car prior to claiming and  taking delivery of the Prize Car, including but not limited to:  
 
a. procure the requisite COE for ownership of the Prize Car and registration of the Prize Car through Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd. 
 
b. procure valid motor vehicle insurance for the Prize Car from Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd’s insurance partners through Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd. 
 
c. make payment for the excluded items set out below at Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd’s prevailing rates, as well as Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) payable thereon. 
 
19. The Winner shall pay Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd an administrative fee of SGD 2,000 or such other prevailing amount prescribed by Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd for the COE bidding and registration of the Prize Car. 
 
20. All payments arising from or in connection with the Prize Car shall be made in full before collection of the Prize Car. 
 
21. The Winner shall register the Prize Car through Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd and take delivery of the Prize Car within a period of two (2) months from the date of announcement of the result of the Lucky Draw (the “Claim Date”),  failing which Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd shall be entitled to charge the Winner reasonable fees for the storage of the Prize Car on a daily basis commencing from the Claim Date at such rate(s) as Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd shall determine at its sole discretion.
 
22. Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd will assist to obtain COE on behalf of the Winner subject to the following:
 
a. any request for Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd to bid for the COE on the behalf of the Winner shall be according to  Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd’s prevailing terms and conditions for providing such service, including but not  limited to the payment of the COE bidding deposit of SGD $10,000 (or such amount as may be applicable  at the relevant time), including applicable GST, by the Winner at the time of the request; and 
 
b. any open category COE obtained from Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd shall be at such price and on such terms and conditions as Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd may determine at the relevant time. 
 
23. In the event the Winner is unable to fulfill the requirements for the registration and delivery of the Prize Car within two (2) months from the date the Winner is determined, the Prize Car shall be forfeited without compensation to the Winner notwithstanding non-receipt of any notification howsoever occurring. 
 
24. Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd shall be under no obligation whatsoever to register the Prize Car in the name of any person other than the Prize Winner as notified in writing by Frasers Property Retail Management to Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd. 
 
25. As a condition for claiming the Prize Car: 
 
a. The Winner shall execute a Notification Letter (to be provided by Frasers Property Retail Management) to provide his/her express consent to the Organiser to disclose his/her personal data  (name, mobile number, the last four digits of the Winner’s NRIC and image) to the Sponsor for the  purposes of identification in connection with the Lucky Draw, and the registration and delivery of the Prize Car to Winner; 
 
b. The Winner shall, for the purposes of verification, be required to present in person the original notification letter from Frasers Property Retail Management and his or her NRIC to Trans Eurokars  Pte Ltd on the scheduled appointment date and location as determined by Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd when claiming the Prize Car; and 
 
c. The Winner shall agree to being photographed, filmed and/or interviewed and to co-operate with and participate in the activities organized by Sponsor or its related corporations for publicity, sales and marketing, and promotional purposes without any compensation. 
 
26. After the prize presentation, all matters with regards to the Prize Car shall be directly communicated between  Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd and the Winner.  
 
27. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit. 
 
28. All queries regarding the Terms and Conditions of the draw shall be directed to Frasers Property Retail  Management. 
 
29. Frasers Property Retail Management holds the right to reschedule, change, vary, replace, substitute, amend,  withdraw or cancel this Lucky Draw and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at the absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
 
30. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, members must scan their QR code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same Frasers Experience account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.
 
31. The following transactions, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: 
non-profit organisations, child care centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, Frasers Digital Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/ deposits, insurance policy payment, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payment made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
 
32. All instant rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind. 
 
33. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service Counter at Level 3.
 
34. The Management of Hougang Mall reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
 
 
D. OTHERS
 
1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme applies. For more information, please visit here.
 
2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Hougang Mall will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
 
3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Hougang Mall reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
