5 winners will be selected from Facebook and 5 winners from Instagram. Each winner will be entitled a set of Adult and Child-size Halloween-themed face masks (1 piece each).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This contest is open to all persons currently residing in Singapore with a permanent residential address, except employees of Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, its advertising agencies, retail tenants of Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, their immediate families or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third-party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd (“FPRM”) reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry. The prizes may be withheld until and unless FPRM is satisfied with the verification.
1. The contest is “Hougang Mall's Fa-BOO-lous Face Masks Giveaway” and the “contest period” is from 22 October to 31 October 2021 (12.00pm). Ten (10) winners will be announced on the social media posts, 5 winners will be selected from Facebook and Instagram respectively.
2. Prizes as follows:

A set of Adult and Child-size Halloween-themed face masks (exclusive at Hougang Mall only)
3. To participate in the contest, participants must fulfil the following requirements:

Have a valid Facebook and/or Instagram account (account must be set to public throughout contest period).

Submission(s) will be disqualified if found to contain any libellous, profane, defamatory, disparaging, hateful, harassing, threatening, racially/religiously biased, offensive/obscene language or gesture.
4. Participants can submit multiple entries, but can only be qualified for one winning prize.
5. This contest will follow the official Singapore time GMT+8. Only entries within the contest period will be considered.
6. The Management of Hougang Mall's decision on the winners shall be final and conclusive.
7. The Management of Hougang Mall may select back-up winners to replace any winner subsequently disqualified.
8. The winners of this Contest must contact Hougang Mall within 7 days of the announcement of the winner and provide Full Name, Mailing Address, Email Address and Contact Number to be eligible for the prize, unless otherwise stated.
9. Details of the prize collection will be provided closer to date.
10. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or in-kind.
11. Data of each participant will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing in this Contest. By joining this contest participants consent to and grant the Management of Hougang Mall the right to use the contest submission for marketing, promotion and/or advertisement purposes, including print, audio- visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for unlimited number of times.
12. In the event of actual or suspected fraud or abuse, such as but not limited to plagiarism, and/or errors affecting the proper operation of this Contest, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, the Management of Hougang Mall reserves the right to (a) end or suspend the Contest, (b) amend these terms & conditions, (c) declare void the notification of winner(s) and reselection of winner(s), or any combination of these resolution methods.
13. In case of dispute, the Management of Hougang Mall will have the final decision in determining the rightful winner and prizes to be given.
14. The Management of Hougang Mall reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.
