A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.
3. Payment with GrabPay via the FRx app is currently available at participating retailers. Check in-store for the payment mode accepted on FRx app.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 11 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) malls. Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of FPS malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, a verified mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.
4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

C. REDEMPTION

- Blind boxes will be issued at random and strictly cannot be selected or exchanged.
- Present your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 3 to redeem.
- Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day, in person, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

- SG60 Vouchers must be used to offset any amount of the bill.
- Present your FRx QR Code and FairPrice receipt in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 3 to redeem.
- Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day, in person, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

D. TOP SPENDER REWARDS
Be our Top 3 Spenders to receive prizes with total worth over $2,000.

- ‘Top Spender Rewards’ ("Promotion") is organised and promoted by Hougang Mall LLP and the Promotional Period is from 8 August to 14 September 2025.
- The Management and employees of Hougang Mall and FPS are not eligible to participate.
- To qualify for the Promotion: Participants must be a FRx member. Non-members may register for free and accept the full FRx membership terms & conditions.
- Minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction at participating FRx stores. Scan your FRx QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account. Qualifying spend must fall within the period 8 August to 14 September 2025.
- Top Three (3) spending FRx members will be determined based on the accumulated total amount spent at participating FRx stores during the promotional period.
- Top Three (3) spending FRx members will be selected at 90 Hougang Avenue 10, Singapore 538766 on 17 September 2025.
- The winners will be notified by phone and email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via Hougang Mall Facebook and Instagram.
- The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind. The prize includes the following:
- 1st Prize: $1,000 Four Star Voucher
- 2nd Prize: Play Station 5, worth $799, and $90 ePLAY Voucher
- 3rd Prize: $250 Ichiban Sushi Voucher
- The Winners shall agree to being photographed, filmed and/or interviewed and to co- operate with and participate in the activities organized by Sponsor or its related corporations for publicity, sales and marketing, and promotional purposes without any compensation.
- If any prize is unclaimed or uncollected within the stipulated time frame, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited. Hougang Mall will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.
- Hougang Mall reserves the right to replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time and without notice in its absolute discretion.
- The "Promotional Period" runs for thirty-eight (38) days, from 8 August to 14 September 2025. The official time is Singapore GMT+8.
- All decisions relating to the Promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Hougang Mall reserves the right to verify the validity of all purchases and reserves the right to disqualify any winner:
- who is found to have tampered with the Promotion process;
- who is found to have participated in the Promotion under circumstances that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
- who has, in the opinion of Hougang Mall, engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct which jeopardises, or may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;
- and/or who has engaged in conduct in participating in the Promotion which is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Game and/or Hougang Mall.
- Hougang Mall legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such disqualified persons are reserved.
- If any prize is unclaimed or uncollected within the stipulated timeframe, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited. Hougang Mall will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.
- Hougang Mall assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize or in order to attend a prize collection.
- Hougang Mall reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize becomes unavailable. Cash will not be offered and the prizes are not transferable.
- In the event of actual or suspected fraud or abuse, such as but not limited to plagiarism, and/or errors affecting the proper operation of this Promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, Hougang Mall reserves the right to
- (a) end or suspend the Promotion,
- (b) amend these terms & conditions,
- (c) declare void the notification of winner(s) and reselection of winner(s), or any combination of these resolution methods.
- Data of each FRx member will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, FRx members consent to and grant Hougang Mall the right to use the Promotion submission (images/videos) for marketing, promotion and/or advertisement purposes, including print, audio-visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for unlimited number of times.
- Hougang Mall decision on the Promotion results is deemed as final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
- Hougang Mall reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
- By continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, each FRx member shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
D. OTHERS
1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme applies. For more information, please visit here.
2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Hougang Mall will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Hougang Mall reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
