A. GENERAL TERMS​​

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.​​

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.​​

3. Payment with GrabPay via the FRx app is currently available at participating retailers. Check in-store for the payment mode accepted on FRx app.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP ​

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 11 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) malls.​ ​Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.​ ​

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of FPS malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, a verified mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.​ ​

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.​ ​

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.​ ​

D. TOP SPENDER REWARDS

• The Top Spenders (“Winners”) will be selected based on the top 3 qualifying spend between 8 August to 14 September 2025, scanned to the same FRx account. Selection of Winners will be conducted at 90 Hougang Avenue 10, Singapore 538766 on 17 September 2025.
• Minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores. 
• The Winner will be notified by phone and email within 7 days after the determination of the results.
• The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.
• All applicable fees, such as delivery or other third-party fees, taxes or charges, are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
• The Winners shall agree to being photographed, filmed and/or interviewed and to co-operate with and participate in the activities organised by the Prize Sponsor or its related corporations for publicity, sales and marketing, and promotional purposes, without any compensation.
• After awarding of the prize, all matters with regard to the prize shall be directly communicated between Four Star, EPLAY or Ichiban Sushi and the respective Winners.
• If any prize is unclaimed or uncollected within the stipulated time frame, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited. Frasers Property Singapore will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.
• Frasers Property Singapore holds the right to reschedule, change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdraw or cancel this Lucky Draw and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at its absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
