It will no longer be available for use. Members will see a prompt
message to download the new FRx app on iOS/update the FRx app on Android.

You can continue to use your account and enjoy the benefits and rewards as long as you download/update to the

FRx app.

Please tap on “Forget Password” to receive the One-time Password (OTP) and reset your password or contact us at

9. I don’t remember the email address / mobile number I used to log in to my FRx account. What should I

10. Will my FRx Points and FRx Gift Card disappear after I have downloaded or updated the new FRx
app?
No, all members’ rewards will remain intact with the same expiry dates in their e-wallet and be available for
use once you have successfully downloaded/updated the (new) FRx app.

13. How to ensure that my redemption transaction is successful?
You will receive an in-app notification on the successful redemption and/or can refer to the details in FRx Gift
Card transaction activity within your FRx app.
14. How much FRx Gift Card can I redeem per transaction?
You can redeem a maximum of $500 FRx Gift Card per transaction, in blocks of $20.
15. What can I do if I did not receive the FRx Gift Card?

16. What is the validity of the FRx Gift Card?
The stored value of the FRx Gift Card expires one year from the date of exchange.
17. Where can a shopper use their FRx Gift Card?
FRx Gift Cards can be used at any participating store across all participating assets within the Malls of
Frasers Property.
