The fluid lines of the symbol suggest life, energy and friendliness.  The colours, red and orange, reflect warmth and unity.  Filled with activity and a sense of belonging, the mall is the centre of the community.

Hougang Mall wins SISTIC Excellent Service for Fourth Time in 2009!

Our four Customer Service Officers at Hougang Mall, Rosnita, Juminah, Trishma and Jane, fully deserve to win the SISTIC Excellent Service Award in December 2009.

This marks their fourth winning in 2009 alone. They had also clinched it in February, March and October 2009.

Many Hougang Mall shoppers are thankful for the useful information given by our Customer Service Officers. An appreciative shopper, Ms Ang Shu Yi, wrote in to commend Juminah: "My family purchased concert tickets and enjoyed the event with the seating recommendations given by her."
